Welcome to Sandra Morante Fine Art Prints Shop.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of photographic prints from our online store. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products

All photographs available in this store are original works by Sandra Morante.

Each print is produced to order using high-quality archival materials selected to ensure exceptional image quality and long-lasting durability.

– Frames are not included unless otherwise specified.
– Colours may vary slightly due to differences in monitor calibration and the printing process.
– Product images are intended for illustrative purposes only.

2. Orders

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.

As every print is produced specifically for each customer, orders enter production shortly after confirmation and cannot always be modified or cancelled.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hi@sandramorante.com.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and other available payment providers. Sandra Morante does not store your payment details.

4. Production & Shipping

Each print is made to order.

Production generally takes between 3 and 7 business days, depending on the print size and current demand.

Shipping times vary according to the destination country and shipping service selected at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees that may apply.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because every print is produced to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Please include:
– Your order number.
– Photographs of the damaged print.
– Photographs of the packaging.

Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.

6. Copyright

All photographs displayed on this website remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sandra Morante.

The purchase of a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

No image may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or used commercially without prior written permission.

7. Availability

Occasionally, certain prints may become unavailable or be discontinued without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify, replace or discontinue products at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities or events beyond our reasonable control.

Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product ordered.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.

Any dispute arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
