A piece of the Indian Himalaya in Bilbao

A small piece of Ladakh and Zanskar traveled to Bilbao at the beginning of the year.

It’s fascinating how exhibitions are able to adapt to all kinds of spaces, dimensions, and lighting conditions. And “Julley” has been no exception: a glimpse of something bigger, yet equally thoughtful and carefully curated.

All of this reminds me of the enormous resilience of all the people who dwell in the folds of this high land.

Thank you, Bilbao, for welcoming and hosting my perspective for 2 months.
